According to the New York Times, the Iron Man actor has slammed the disgraced studio mogul for using false claims as an "assault weapon" after hearing he tried to coerce aspiring starlets into sleeping with him by repeatedly boasting they had been intimate.

According to the Associated Press, six women are suing the disgraced film producer and allege a coalition of companies and individual enablers helped Weinstein hide his misconduct.

On Tuesday evening, The New York Times published [yet another] stunning and horrific report on Harvey Weinstein-this time focusing on his relationships with powerful people (Jeff Bezos and A. J. Benza among them) who helped him maintain.a certain lifestyle.

Another woman, who claims Weinstein assaulted her in 2004, said she remembered seeing a photo of Paltrow in the producer's room, according to the Times.

"The Weinstein Sexual Enterprise had many participants, grew over time as the obfuscation of Weinstein's conduct became more hard to hide", the suit said.

Weinstein, 65, was sacked from the film company he founded after The New York Times published accounts of several women. Weinstein's representatives have denied all allegations of non-consensual sex.

Some of his accusers said Weinstein began masturbating or showering in front of them. Al Franken, Rep. John Conyers and Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore have also been accused of sexual misconduct.
