The producers of Born Killers claim they were angry about the incident, but lacking evidence and citing the parent's decision not to press charges, they invited Sizemore to film reshoots some months later.
Sizemore is said to have strongly denied the little girl's allegations when he was confronted over the allegations at the time, telling producers: "I've done a lot of terrible things, and I'd never do anything with kids".
Now, in the wake of the numerous other charges of sexual assault and harassment by powerful men in Hollywood, a more than decade old incident involving Sizemore has come to light.
The promotional photo session required the child, who had a small role in the film, to be seated on Sizemore's lap for a holiday picture.
The girl, who is now 26, reportedly told her mother that the Saving Private Ryan star had touched her genitals while she was sitting on his knee dressed in a nightgown for photographs used in the film. Producer Gus Spoliansky said they had a "fiduciary responsibility" to oversee the film's continued production, even though producers "took the allegation extremely seriously" and "were willing to do anything, including dismissing Tom". It happened at a film set in Utah.
The next day, casting director Catrine McGregor said she got a call from the young girl's agent, informing her that the girl had told her mother she had been inappropriately touched.
Forecast: Chilly Week Ahead With Some Rain
We will see increasing clouds through the day and some showers could come through late in the evening to the overnight hours. This afternoon clouds will stick around for much of the day with highs struggling this afternoon hitting the mid 40s.
Robyn Adamson, who portrayed Sizemore's wife in the pictures, offered a devastating account of what she witnessed.
"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited", Adamson told THR.
"We talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him", Manshel told The Hollywood Reporter.
She said: "I'm not speaking out for myself, I'm speaking out for the girl who is a woman now". She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction.
"There was never any doubt", production assistant Roi Maufas said. "We also talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him". We're talking about consistent behaviour, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day. "Then this happens. Guys reached for hammers".
He added that the girl's parents spoke to police about the incident, but did not press charges, and did not want the girl to be taken off the movie. When asked to comment on the 2003 incident, his agent told THR, "Our position is 'no comment'".

As you can see, the researcher pulls a piece of cloth from a mask facing an iPhone X and it unlocks instantly. But there's a few issues with the methods behind the video , none of which BKAV's blog post quite answered.
