277mph Koenigsegg Agera RS is the new fastest car in the world
During a test run in Nevada, the hypercar was able to reach an average top speed of 277.9mph, according to Autocar.
Koenigsegg'sAgera RS has become the world's fastest production vehicle after setting the world record with a two-way average speed of 277.9mph. Towards the end of the second run, the Agera RS even surpasses 450 km/h - close to the speed of a small aircraft. After recently toppling Bugatti's impressive zero to 249 miles per hour to zero record, the team tackled the overall top speed record in Nevada.
The Swedish automobile manufacturer's efforts were not in vain though, as the Koenigsegg Agera RS successfully broke the record that was previously held by Bugatti. You know, the Raging Bull that used to hold the Nurburgring production auto record (the supercar set a lap time of 6:52) before the Porsche 911 GT2 RS grabbed it. Part of that speed verification is in video form below.
Driver Niklas Lilja told TopGear.com he "wasn't nervous" during the run, adding: "Driving the road at 100mph, it was very quiet and smooth".
Manchester City vs. Arsenal, 2017 Premier League
Arsene Wenger is the only manager to have bested Pep Guardiola while he has managed Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City . If they continue in this way, it will be very hard for all the teams to try and fight for the title until the end".
Fox and Disney discuss possible media merger
Fox's shares rose 5.8 per cent to $26.40 USA in afternoon trading, after being halted in the morning when the report came out. The additional movie content from 20th Century Fox would make the service a big competitor to something like Netflix .
The Koenigsegg Agera RS was able to pull off the feat thanks to its 1,160-horsepower 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, not to mention the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires wrapped around all four wheels. "All data recorded and verified on site by Racelogic".
Koenigsegg's record is particularly impressive because it was completed not only in a production auto, but down a section of public highway using "standard" tyres.
We'll update this post as we get more information, but preliminarily, it looks like the Agera RS is faster than the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

I remember spending countless hours lanning Torchlight 2 a couple years back - it's a pity to see that chemistry come to an end. Runic is the second studio to be shuttered by its parent company, Chinese publisher Perfect World Entertainment.
