GETTY REUTERSTensions between North Korea and the US continue to ratchet
Trump issued a series of mounting threats toward North Korea last week in response to further belligerent behavior from the rogue nuclear state. "You have the USA president's rhetoric more intense than what we heard today from North Korea".
A US -led effort brought about a United Nations Security Council resolution on August 5 that imposed tough sanctions against North Korea for its continued intercontinental ballistic missile testing and flouting of U.N. resolutions.
The top USA intelligence official said on Sunday he would not be surprised if North Korea tested another missile, given that it had two tests in July, amid rising tensions between the United States and North Korea. "There's nothing imminent today", Pompeo told Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday", asked what kind of threat the U.S.is facing.

It appears President Trump is willing to take that risk. "What we need from an intelligence perspective, what is most important is that our communications are clear that the fella who intends to inflict pain on the United States of America understands the USA position in an unambiguous way". Can you guess who said it?
