"Designated Survivor" built on its week-ago National numbers by 4% in Total Viewers and by 11% in Adults 18-49, which adjusted down from the week-earlier Fast Affiliate ratings. Looking at the entire night, however, that's still nearly double the closest competition - including its lead-out. Two hours of Survivor did a flat 1.7 for CBS, then Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders did a flat 0.8.
