Assassin's Creed: Empire resurfaces again in Swiss retailer listing

Assassin's Creed Empire Listed For A Release This October By Swiss Retailer

Assassin's Creed: Empire is the rumored Assassin's Creed title that is set to release in 2017.

As reported by Wccftech, the Swiss retailer World of Games briefly had an october 2017 release date listed on its website.

The swiss retailer, World of Games, states that the game is due to release in October and will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC. While there's no confirmation on any of it, the mere prospect is very interesting to think about.

Empire will be coming after Ubisoft taking off an entire year to focus better on the next game.

Donald Trump Plummets Over 200 Spots On Forbes' Billionaires List!
El Paso businessman Paul Foster moved up eight spots to No. 1,468 on the latest Forbes magazine list of the world's billionaires. Jim Davis, the CEO of the Boston-based New Balance, finished in a tie for 315th place with a net worth of $7.1 billion.

Assassin's Creed: Empire has already been delayed for a year so that Ubisoft can make it a good game; the last two mainline Ubisoft games, Unity and Syndicate, got harsh criticism for bugs (Unity) and had the lowest opening sales of any of the games (Syndicate). In January a year ago, reports surfaced that Ubisoft had pushed the game to 2017 and then we saw some screenshots back in October, which suggested that title was still in development.

"Can you? Can you assure me?" The game is being developed by the same folks who made Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (arguably the best game in the franchise), and has us playing as a former slave, and a distant ancestor of Altair. For anyone unfamiliar with Osiris, in Egyptian mythology he is the God of the Underworld.

There has been no official word by Ubisoft about the recently released leaks for the game.
